·         Involves control of cable operators, press and other such distributors.

·         Submission of Monthly reports about no. of subscribers, subscription rates and all complaints lodged.[1]

·         Licensee shall distribute only those TV channels having valid license from the Authority.[2]

Monitors the broadcast operations with a view to ensuring:

·         Ethical standards

·         Programming contents

·         Code of Conduct

·         Quality standards[3]

·         Submission of Monthly reports through evaluation[4]
